e-Vac are a family of enhanced FKM (Viton®) rubber compounds filled with proprietary fillers and producing outstanding low permeation and extremely low outgassing and carbonization free materials. Products made of these compounds exhibit excellent physical properties including very low compression set for maintaining sealing properties for long time and in harsh environment and are suited for the semiconductors industries or any other high vacuum clean room applications.

Material is available in two hardness range, 60 & 70 Shore A.
Excellent compression set to maintain sealing force over very long period of time.
